AI Visibility · GEO

Is your brand the answer when travellers ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity?

Travellers increasingly ask AI assistants for recommendations instead of Google. We measure how ready your website is for AI to find, read and understand, and fix what’s holding you back.

Your next customer is asking an AI, not Google

A growing share of buying journeys now begins with a question to an AI assistant:

  • “Where should I stay in Mallorca?”
  • “Which hotel is best for a family of four?”
  • “Who can organise a trip to Morocco?”
  • “What’s a reliable agency to book my holiday with?”
  • “Plan me a long weekend in Lisbon.” etc.

If an assistant can’t read your site, it doesn’t stop, it answers from booking platforms, review sites and travel media instead. And unlike Google, there’s no results page to check. The loss is invisible.

What is GEO

SEO made you rank. GEO makes you easier to recommend

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is about making AI engines able to do three things with your brand:

Discover

The AI has to be able to reach your site and read it. We make sure nothing blocks it and that your content is organised in a way it can actually take in.

Understand

Being read isn’t enough. The AI also has to understand who you are, what you offer and who you’re for, so it doesn’t mix you up or describe you wrongly.

Cite

When a potential customer asks an AI for a recommendation, you want it to name your business, not just describe the category in general. No one can guarantee an AI assistant will do that. What you can do is earn the chance: a site the AI reads and understands can be named; a site it cannot read or understand cannot.

The index

Measure it with TADI

TADI stands for Tourism AI Discoverability Index. It measures something you can’t see today: how ready your website is for AI assistants to find, read and understand it. We check your site the way an AI assistant would and turn the result into a single score from 0 to 100, with a plain report that shows exactly what to fix first.

0–100A single readiness score
AIRead the way an assistant would
A prioritised list of fixes

TADI scores your site’s readiness, not how often assistants mention you. It measures the part you can actually control: whether AI can read and understand you.

How it works

From invisible to AI-ready, in four steps

1

Audit

We run your TADI score and see how ready your site is for AI today.

2

Diagnose

We show you what’s holding you back, and why.

3

Implement

We make the fixes so AI can discover, read and understand you, the groundwork that makes being recommended possible.

4

Monitor

We re-run your score over time as your site and the AI landscape change.

What we change

Most of it isn’t about spending more. It’s about doing it right

The fixes are rarely about budget. They’re about how your information is written, structured and presented, so AI can read it, understand it and trust it. We handle that work with you, and track the difference.

Who it’s for

Built for tourism first

We start where AI recommendations already move real bookings: hotels, bedbanks, incoming agencies and travel agencies. The same method works for any brand, so we grow from there.

See how AI reads your site today

We’ll run your TADI score and walk you through what’s holding you back, no jargon. A clear picture of where you stand.

Frequently asked questions about AI visibility

What is AI visibility (GEO)?

It means getting your brand to appear, and be described correctly, when someone asks an AI assistant for a recommendation. Like SEO, but instead of ranking on Google, the goal is that the AI answering the question can read and understand you.

How is it different from SEO?

SEO works to get you into a list of results. GEO works to get you into an answer. The audience changes and so does the work: ranking is not enough. The crawler has to be able to reach you, the content has to be structured so an answer can be extracted from it, and the company's identity has to be declared without ambiguity.

What is the TADI index?

TADI stands for Tourism AI Discoverability Index. It is our scoring system: it analyses your website the way an AI assistant would and turns the result into a single score from 0 to 100, with a prioritised list of what to fix first.

What exactly does TADI measure, and what does it not measure?

It draws a clear line:

  • What it measures: how ready your website is for AI to find it, read it and understand it.
  • What it does not measure: how often assistants mention you, because that depends on the assistant and on third parties.

We measure the part you can actually control.

Do you guarantee that AI will cite me?

No, and nobody can. What an assistant ends up saying depends on the assistant and on third-party sources we do not control. What is in your hands is to get your website ready to be cited: a website an AI can read and understand can end up mentioned; one it cannot read or understand cannot. That is why we measure readiness, not mentions.

Which AI assistants does this work with?

We prepare your website for the crawlers behind the main assistants, such as GPTBot for ChatGPT, ClaudeBot and Google's AI, among others, and we verify that they can reach it and read it. We do not control what an assistant ends up saying; we make sure it can read you, which is the precondition.

Do I need to rebuild my website?

Most of the improvement comes from adjusting how your existing information is structured and described, and adding the right signals, on the website you already have. It is rarely a question of budget: it is a question of doing it properly.

How do I find out whether my website is ready?

By requesting your TADI assessment. We calculate your score, explain what is holding you back without jargon, and give you a clear picture of where you stand. Write to us at [email protected].

How does a visibility project work?

In four steps:

  • Audit: we calculate your TADI score.
  • Diagnose: we show you what is holding you back, and why.
  • Implement: we make the changes so AI can discover, read and understand you.
  • Monitor: we repeat the measurement over time, as your website and the AI landscape both change.
